Refund and Returns Policy – SK Store

At SK Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and hassle-free return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 3–7 days (depending on product type) of receiving your order.

Non-returnable products include:

  • Perishable groceries

  • Personal care & hygiene items

  • Innerwear & cosmetics

  • Baby food & feeding products

  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Fill out our Customer Support Form or contact our support team.

  2. Provide your Order ID, product photos, and a short description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to send the product to our return address.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund options:

  • Store Credit / Wallet Refund (fastest)

  • Bank / Mobile Banking Refund

  • Replacement Product (subject to availability)

Refund Timeline:

  • Wallet Refund: 1–2 days

  • Bank / Mobile Banking: 3–7 business days

4. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange if:

  • The received item is defective or incorrect

  • The same product/model is available in stock

If not available, we will issue a refund or store credit.

5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you may still request a return after receiving the item.
