Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed after 6 PM or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation message and a delivery update once the product is dispatched.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days within the city.
Outside city or nationwide deliveries may take 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier availability.
Delivery times may vary due to weather, strikes, emergencies, or stock issues.
Shipping Charges
0–499 Tk: Delivery Charge – 100 Tk
500–999 Tk: Delivery Charge – 50 Tk
1000+ Tk: Free Delivery
Special campaign or holiday charges may apply (will be mentioned during checkout).
